Making ideas happen.

After attending ProductCamp St Louis I hired one of the speakers as a full-time employee and hired one of the presenting agencies on retainer. The sessions are filled with people who are at the top of their game!” – Eric Newbauer • Co-Founder • Studio Network Solutions

Brick City Makes – February 16th, 2017

Thank you, we had over 100 attendees!

Brick City Makes: The Hub for Growing Manufacturers offers a one-of-a-kind concept: two acres, under roof, in the City of St. Louis, completely dedicated to helping manufacturers succeed. It’s both space and support services for small to mid-sized companies. There’s nothing exactly like it anywhere in the country!

The six-level, 87,000-square-foot, all brick and concrete building was constructed in 1912 at 2528 Texas Avenue by the Koken Barber Supply Company. The space plan accommodates ~40 rentable units ranging from a 1,300-square-foot suite to an entire 12,000-square-foot floor. For much of its history, it was home to the International Hat Company and most recently, the Walsh & Simmons Seating Company.

Come tour the space, meet the project team and hear what the plan is for Brick City Makes.
